Salman Asif an upcoming star of Pakistan is known for experimenting music and creating tunes with various different touches in them. Call him a rock star or a pop star or even a bhangra specialist. Salman has it all!!!He is an all rounder giving a completely different and new touch to his listeners. Originally from Pakistan Salman’s music is greatly influenced by the Legend Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Salman also writes and composes for other artists.

He sings in Urdu/Hindi, Punjabi, English and Arabic. In the past 7 years Salman has been performing all around the world including India, Pakistan and the UK(on and off due to his studies). However from different experiences Salman has gained alot of music knowledge and has never been musically trained by anyone. He keeps experimenting with different Genres of music to bring variety and versatility into his own music. At the moment Salman is in the final year of his degree(Bsc hons Business Management from Queen Mary Uni of London). Through practicing and doing gigs on a regular basis Salman has gained a lot of experience in the field of music. His Debut single “Tum Hi Tum” could be checked on youtube (see above) and a few other videos in the posted items.NOT TO FORGET that Salman is also a member of Queen Mary’s Bhangra team “LPD”(that has won the title of the best student bhangra team in the UK at the Bhangra Show down 2009 i.e. a competition among all the UK’s Universities). Salman has also received various offers from Internationally renowned record labels and Celebrity DJs, SO watch out as Salman soon plans to jump into the music industry with a FULL BANG!!!!!
