A couple of weeks ago, Ali Haider announced at Alim Online that the music doesn’t satisfy his soul anymore and he has decided to quit doing music. He didn’t say he will be doing social or religious service but explained the cause to be more close to Allah. After he announced that he has quit music, we saw his album “Stop & Think” being released on internet which was made available for download. The online release of the album made everyone curious if he actually quit singing because it wasn’t satisfying him or was it because he couldn’t release his album under Fire records.
Last night, Geo news reported that Ali Haider will be reciting Naats from now on. I am wondering if he is going to stick to his decision this time or another online release has to be made yet?
