Ali Azmat Doing Music for Bollywood’s Mumbai Cutting

Mumbai Cutting is an under-production film by Sudhir Mishra, a famous director and friend of Ali Azmat. The movie will be based on 11 10-minutes stories. The song “Sawal” from the album “Klashinfolk” will be used in the movie. The movie is said to release soon which means early 2010.

In an interview with Madeeha Syed, Ali said

I did two songs for a movie called Mumbai 11 (formerly Mumbai Cutting). It’s basically 11 directors shooting 10-minute movies.

Fuzon will also be doing a ballad song for the same movie, details of which haven’t been announced yet. But according to our sources that song “Lagay Na Jiya” from the Album Journey will be used in Mumbai 11.

Ali Azmat is also composing another song for another movie by Sudhir Mishra called “Tera Kya Hoga Johnny“.
