well actually yezdani is doing a good thing for the artists cuz now the piracy is being killed by fire records..it just sucks for the consumer but for the acctual artist and the record companys that hire these artists its actually a good thing isnt it?
fire record ruined career of kaavish and marium kizalbash. i heard kaavish has quit and marium got married. young talent is treated like bullshit in pakistan, only old artists have contacts and support. bullshit record label company.

Stopping the piracy is a fine stop but if royalty is being paid. The artists don’t get any advantage if the piracy is being stopped because they don’t get paid per sale. They get paid once and the rights are bought then.
-Mauj’s album never came out, the hardwork died.
-Kaavish is being hurt, they don’t know when would it come out, while they are ready to release for an year.
-Overload didn’t even apply for a label. Released online for free.
-Cokestudio was never given to Fire Records.
-Mekaal Hasan Band is releasing independently.
-Karavan is releasing independently.

^actually maryam kizilbash is still single and apparently yazdani is CRAZY about her. i have heard that he really has the hots for her and her album is in the instep top 5 album sellers so im sure fire records is really pushing her…

…and yeah albums by fire records get delayed insanely look at hadiqas album it was due in november 08 and got released june 09

who cares all this topic is about is free music and its maryam choice to have gotten married even though her album is really good and its doing very well in the market
i trully dont give a flyin eff about fire records as long as some good music comes out and as of now i love shiraz uppals album, laal bands album was good, hadiqas was also good, they have produced some great albums and honestly who cares about record labels look at overload they arent signed with fire and they are doing great for their niche
i say as long as i can listen to great music i dont care what damn record lable is in charge

hadiqa kiani got married after becomming famous and she still sings(given both of her marriages failed)but even in the twitpic maryam seems to have alcohol in her hand and she looks to be in some pub club sorta place so obiously she is not going to put on a hijab and start producing babies anytime soon…and i actually had no idea what fire records really was i thought it was just geos artists like the little symbol of fire records i actually noticed today and i watch pk music vids all the time hahahah well im not that observant then lol
