Sajid and Zeeshan’s ‘Pyar Bina’ Featured in Junoon’s 20th Anniversary Album

Many well known, established & emerging Pakistani & international artists have come forth enthusiastically to support Junoon’s 20th anniversary by interpreting the songs in their own inimitable styles.

Salman Ahmad was full of praise for Sajid and Zeeshan in an email:

“Today, I’m sharing the dynamic duo of Peshawar, Sajid & Zeeshan’s poignant, deeply uplifting (& dare I say it, Vital Signs-esque) version of Junoon’s Pyar Bina from the 1999 album Parvaaz. This is a song which has always had a deep emotional significance for me.

Sajid & Zeeshan’s brilliant interpretation of Pyar Bina makes me go into a trance, whirling with memories of Pakistan, flooding back with a ferocity. The duo are the pride of Peshawar & represent the amazingly courageous & talented artists of Pakistan with a song for the ages.”

Pyar Bina is a part of Junoon’s 20th Anniversary Album which will be launched by SSGWI/EMI on December 21st at Marriott in Karachi. All proceeds from the album will go to charity. All the artists have generously donated their talent for this SSGWI project to help raise awareness & rehabilitate Pakistan flood victims.
