Lahore, September 14, 2012: After the remarkable success of Mango’s first outlet in Karachi, A.K. Marketing opened a new outlet of the infamous high street fashion brand here in the metropolitan on Thursday 13th September, 2012, to cater its Lahore market. Famous Pakistani Singer, Model and Actress Meesha Shafi did the ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the opening of Mango’s first outlet in Lahore.

Since the release date of Ali Zafar‘s much awaited third studio album is getting closer, Prince of Pop is leaving no stone unturned to promote his Sufi album which has been mastered at world’s famous “Abbey Road Studios”. The album tagline is sab keh sanng jhoom. Mobilink organized the grand event for Ali Zafar’s album launch at the Mohatta Palace which is located in Karachi. He was wearing Munib Nawaz for the “Jhoom” launch show. It was a grand evening, with a lot of celebrities, romantic music and an incredible dinner for the guests.

Few hours back, Munib Nawaz, a famous designer claimed at his Facebook Profile that his signature design has been copied. Munib said

I’m really happy that my signature design has been copied so shamelessly and put on a singer for a tv ad for Ramzan.

I believe that the only TV ad that came for Ramzan with a singer in it is the Olpers ad which featured Atif Aslam. It’s a shame how another designer was deprived of his work and unethical work continued. If the claims of Munib are true, the designer should be held responsible and pay for the losses.
