Ali Zafar to promote ‘Tere Bin Laden’ on ‘Indian Idol 5’

Using a famous television show for promoting a film is not new. As it is believed, the small screen is a perfect medium to grab attention of the general viewers. Using Sony TV’s music reality show ‘Indian Idol-5’ is a trend that is very popular in India but this would be the first time that a Pakistani musician/actor will be a guest on Indian Idol.

Ali Zafar is planning to use Sony TV’s music reality show “Indian Idol 5″ to promote his Bollywood debut film “Tere Bin Laden”. He is currently in Mumbai, India, to use music reality show as a platform to create awareness about his movie which has been directed by the Abhishek Sharma. Ali Zafar will also be performing his songs from ‘Tere Bin Laden’ on the Indian Idol stage.
