Nazia Hassan’s Disco Deewane Reworked for Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year

For all the Nazia Hassan’s fans out there, there is a big treat coming your way as one of the mega hit from our very own super star has been re-worked for an upcoming Bollywood flick “Student of the year”. The movie has been directed by Karan Johar.

Yesterday, this very first song from the movie was released officially with the name of “The Disco Song”, that contains a sample from the original Nazia Hassan’s version. The song is under license from Saregama India Limited. It is encouraging to see the way they have mentioned and highlighted the original version and given full credits to it and Nazia’s voice.

“The Disco Song” is sort of a regular peppy song from the rom-com Indian movies with a very uplifting beat but the addition of the Disco Deewane sample to it has surely added to the spark manifolds.

For whose sake, pray?

can Any One Deny it?
Can Any One Deny it?

Hailed as a breakthrough film by critics and hoards of people who are still lining up for it outside cinema halls, Khuda Kay Liye unfortunately is not a very timely event.
