“‘Azad Ki Dua’ is Shahvaar Ali Khan’s humble musical offering for Peace and Pakistan, inspired by the words of Urdu Poet Jagan Nath Azad. These heartfelt lines for the country were written by Azad with unabashed passion and skill on August 11, 1947 at the behest of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
A few days ago, musician Shahvaar Ali Khan hosted an Iftar party where many musicians and artists were invited including Abrar ul Haq, Fawad Khan, Junaid Khan, Laal band, TV show host and actress Juggan Kazim, Meera, filmmaker Abdullah Haris among others. It was held in Lahore at Royal Palm Golf and Country Club. Check out the photos from the event below:
